Sadness and Joy

Mission 2

The land of joy is so nice!

Good weather, the sun is shining.

It’s like we’re always on vacation.

You are full of positive energy that runs through all your cells.

Life here seems very easy because joy is contagious.

CAN IT BE TRUE?

Any emotion is temporary. He informs us of his mission and leaves.

The mission of joy is to inform us that we achieved something we wanted.

Only if it becomes a part of you can you stay in this territory.

But…

… A look of disapproval…

An unpleasant comment…

A memory that hurts…

It can transport you directly to sadness.

WHAT CAN I DO TO ALWAYS BE JOYFUL?

The first thing to do is to recognize that you can’t always be happy. Between sadness and joy there is a two-way bridge that is very easily crossed.

You grieve in sadness, seek new opportunities, and return to joy.

Sings! Do you know the proverb that says “he who sings his evil scares away”?

Singing has many benefits:

  • Helps release tension and feel relaxed
  • It improves mood because it releases endorphins and oxytocin, the hormones related to well-being and pleasure.
  • If you do it in a group and in public, it will help improve your self-esteem and confidence.
  • Singing in a group fosters social connection. Social relationships are key to well-being.
  • Allow you to express your emotions creatively. It can help release repressed feelings.
  • Improves breathing and relaxation.
  • It improves cognitive activity when learning lyrics and melodies as it stimulates memory and concentration.

Listen to a song that makes you feel happy and tell us how it makes you feel
