Fear and confidence
Mission 1
Fear is the “EMOTION”. Their mission is to save us from dangers. Fears linked to survival are absolutely necessary.
It has very important derivations, since the mind manufactures new fears that end up taking control of our lives, paralyzing mind and heart.
The territory you visit is uncertain: you don’t know what you’re going to find and what you’re going to need. On your visit to the area, you walk through places full of dangers: wild animals, cliffs. The air is frigid. You find inhabitants who live in fear.
You take out your social-emotional scanner and realize that they live in fear of what may happen to them and their loved ones.
In the midst of this anguish, you find a woman who seems different. He explains: “We need fear to survive, but if we obsess over it, life becomes torture. That’s what happens to these people.
Thoughts are the great generators of fear… If you manage to manage your thinking well, it will be easier for you to deal with situations that scare you.
For example, when talking to yourself about fear, avoid identifying with it: You are not your fear, you just feel fear.”
Find a person you trust and ask them to introduce you to someone you don’t know. Meet her to tell her that you have Tourette’s disorder.
Analyze if you feel the need to back off, not confront yourself. Is it rejection? Ridiculous? Have you noticed if any fear may be a family, social or cultural inheritance? Have you been afraid or have you felt afraid?
