Conduct an interview with a successful person. Present it in writing or record a video or audio clip. If it is not possible to contact a successful person, choose someone successful whom you admire or are interested in getting to know. Explain why you admire them, what their qualities are, etc.
You have to fail a few times before you succeed. That process is important for learning and learning how to avoid the problem in the future.
